One of our pupils had a very 'eventful' summer this year by doing very well in a national show jumping event. Jenna Ross was representing Scotland at The Netley Hall Pony Classic Event along with three other girls from across Scotland. Teams from Scotland, Ireland, Wales, North England and South England competed and their team won the ’10 Years + under’ competition at the event.
Each rider had to complete two rounds each and between the four of them they managed 8 clear rounds and had no faults at all. This was a two day event and jenna was delighted to have done so well.
She took in her photos and prizes to show us and we are delighted that she has done so well and had represented Scotland so successfully in this event.
Congratulations to Jenna for a job well done! She won a gold medal, a rosette and the horses each got a rug and a sash!
We wish Jenna well in further events and hope she continues to make such good progress in this sport.
