On Thursday a group of pupils from P5-7 visited the Sports Village in Aberdeen to take part in a Rugby Festival. They played four games and won two and drew two! They were representing the Mintlaw Schools and did very well. They came top of their pool and played very well.
During the event four of the Scotland Rugby Squad visited to speak to the children. The event took place in the indoor stadium - a full size football pitch with astro turf surface on the first floor!
Some of the children also went to Pittodrie on Saturday to see the Scotland v Tonga rugby international.
