The last few days of the winter term saw some exciting events taking place in school. Primary 7 were involved in some problem solving and were challenged to make the tallest tower that they could using only newspaper and selotape. The pupils worked very well together and the two tallest towers were only a centimetre apart in height! Well done to everyone for soing so well.
You can see photos of their towers in the 'Photo Album' section on the left of the window.
The whole school spent the last morning of the term decorating hard boiled eggs. Everyone took in their eggs and the materials they thought they might need to decorate their egg and to make any 'extra' background, base or additional items. The children had great fun, as did some of the staff, decorating their eggs and displaying them in the foyer outside the office. Mr Fyfe, our PE teacher, judged the competition and selected the best two from each stage of the school.
If you want to see the pictures check them out in the 'Photo Album' section on the left of this window.
