Friday was red Nose day. We had a great time and the pupils really seemed to enjoy dressing as they pleased - and the afternoon was great fun. A big thanks has to go to the staff for organising the activities and to the office staff for counting all the money that was collected.
On Friday it was Red Nose Day and we got to dress as we pleased but we had to try to wear something red! .Nearly all of us managed – even the staff. We bought red noses from the office and loads of people were wearing a red nose.
After lunch we went to each class to do a fun activity for 15 minutes. First we went to class 5 and we played a memory game. Then we went to music and played musical statues. After that we went to class 6 and tried to find the red noses Mrs Mitchell had hidden. There were twenty red noses hidden around the class. Also in class 6 we revised colours in German. Class 4’s activity was in the hall. It was skipping. Class 3’s activity was a beetle drive. In class 2 we played ‘pictionary’. In class 1 we made fortune tellers. We had loads of fun.
By the end of the day the pupils and staff of the school had managed to raise £300 for Comic Relief.
