Loch Insh 2015

Well....we are back safe and sound.....with only a couple of missing items! Look out for group photos over the weekend! We would like to say how proud all the staff were of the pupils who accompanied us to Loch Insh this year! Not only did each of them represent their school and town very well they all took part with great enthusiasm and made it a week to remember! For many they tried a range of new activities and they worked as a team and for quite a few they faced many challenges and overcame fears! Seeing their faces after they had overcome these challenges was great and for some they realised that they can push themselves in situations that are challenging! And just as importantly they made a large group of new friends which will help them greatly when they move to the academy in August! The children mixed very well and were supportive of each other and rallied to their aid when they needed help. I think it is fair to say that the staff enjoyed the week almost as much as the pupils and thanks should go to all the group leaders who worked so hard to ensure the success of the trip! PS Look closely at the large group photo posted yesterday! We think Jack has a secret power.....the ability to be in more than one place at a time!
