The last day of term was a busy day as we had planned some entertainment for the afternoon. The last week of term was designated as 'Older People's Week' and so to mark this event we decided tohold an afternoon of entertanment for the 'older people' of the village.
We organised tea, coffee and biscuits and then each class came through and sang for our visitors. It was a great afternoon and our visitors seemed to enjoy their visit. The children all sang well and there was a range of songs from the old traditinoal favourites to more modern hits.
We hope to hold a similar event again before Christmas.
