This has been a very quick term and the classes have all been working very hard. Here are some photos taken from each of the classes during the last week of the term. You can see examples of some of the displays and a wide variety of art work produced by the pupils over the term. They have produced some excellent pieces of work - well done and enjoy your holidays.

Flying Kites!
Primary 2/3 have spent a block of time with the art specialist, Mr Harris, designing and making their own kites. Once they were all completed a few were selected for 'trials' out in the playground! All the class went out to view and we did have some success! The children really enjoyed testing out the kites!
Here are some of their comments!
“It was so, so high Chloe’s kite,” said Elisa.
“ Jenna’s kite was high in the air,” said Nadine.
“Callum’s kite was as high as it can get because Ruth launched it right into the air,” said Saffron
“When I was launching it, it nearly lifted me up a bit,” said Ruth.
When we were playing with Mr Harris’s kite and it flew way up in the air,” said
“When I had Jenna’s kite it kept falling down,” said Henry.
“Callum’s kite was good!” said Matthew
"Zach’s kite went high but when he was running in the grass it went down and ripped,” said Liam
“Callum’s kite was flying so high up in the sky!” said Josh
