Class 3 have been very busy this term. They have been learning how to be enterprising by doing a topic called 'Ollie the Elephant'. As part of their work they made up some 'rap' songs about Ollie! You can read their 'songs' below.
Olliphant Rap
Down in the swamp where nobody goes,
There’s a big, big Olliphant washing his clothes.
With a rub, rub, rub and a scrub, scrub, scrub,
That’s how he washes his clothes.
It’s got white, white tusks that you can see in the night.
You might even get a big, big FRIGHT !
To make you feel better you can hug him tight,
Till morning comes with its bright, bright light!

He’s yellow and blue and he’s cool for you.
He’s got four gills and he lives in the hills.
He’s got a big beak and he gives a shriek.
He’s got a big nail and he’s a male.
He’s got a fat tummy and he’s very funny.
He is a king and he likes to sing.
He’s very strong and his name is Ron.
He runs under water and he has a daughter.
He’s the best and he wants a rest!

You gotta little pink hat with a star and spots
Which sparkle and shine and twinkle a lot.
He’s really very smart and likes to sing,
His long, pink legs are just the thing.
He’s really good at swimming and likes to play.
He’s got a super long trunk I would say.
Big floppy ears that hear as he goes.
He’s the best there is and everybody knows!
